Mr. Armour is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Prior to co-founding Kingsbury Bridge Advisors, Mr. Armour worked as an independent advisor specializing in comprehensive wealth management services. Mr. Armour managed various aspects of his clients’ wealth including investments, accounting, taxes, estate planning, insurance, philanthropic initiatives and other family office functions.
Mr. Armour completed his Financial Planning Certificate at Northwestern University and graduated from DePaul University’s College of Commerce. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and serves as Treasurer of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy’s (IMSA) Alumni Association. He is also an active volunteer with CCIL’s Young Professionals Board. His interests include golf, photography and traveling.
Prior to co-founding Kingsbury Bridge Advisors, Mr. Grant served as First Vice President at Calyon (and its predecessor company, Credit Agricole Indosuez), the investment banking subsidiary of Credit Agricole S.A., where he most recently headed the U.S. credit portfolio management activity. As head of portfolio management, he supervised a multibillion dollar portfolio, built a significant credit derivatives portfolio and directed the bank’s asset sales function. Prior to that, Mr. Grant managed the bank’s private equity portfolio and headed financing arrangements for third-party investment managers.
Mr. Grant’s experience also includes senior positions in corporate relationship management, asset securitization and risk management during his two decades with the bank. Mr. Grant earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University and also received his BA at Northwestern University. A long-time resident of Chicago, Mr. Grant is married and has two college-aged children. His interests include European travel, skiing, tennis and fitness. He also is an avid cook and wine collector.
